Dersom beboer ikke har BankID, må du:
Fylle ut avtaledokumentet med korrekt kundedata, sted, dato og signatur.
Legge ved kopi/bilde av gyldig legitimasjon (det kan tas med mobil).
Beboer skal beholde ett eksemplar av avtaledokumentet, og det andre skal lastes opp som vedlegg over i skjemaet lengre ned på siden.

Ishavskraft sender en e-post til kontaktperson i kommunen (bestiller) med bekreftelse om bestillingen blir registrert eller ikke.

You are ordering for a private household

If the resident does not have a BankID, you must: fill out the agreement document with correct customer data, location, date and signature. Attach a copy/photo of valid identification (this can be taken with a mobile phone).
The resident must keep one copy of the agreement document, and the other must be uploaded as an attachment to the form further down the page.

The order form below must also be completed. Ishavskraft will send an email to the contact person in the municipality (orderer) with confirmation of whether the order will be registered or not.
